David Couper developed a program which discussed effective uses of the internet as part of doing business for Arthur Andersen. The program was broadcast live to all offices throughout the US and delivered via tape to other parts of the world.

The program included content about the Internet delivered through humorous skits, interactive quizzes, and interview sections.
